At Sunset Haven, every product is handcrafted with care, and I truly want you to love your order.

Because wax melts and home fragrance products are personal and cannot be resold once opened, I do not accept returns or exchanges on used products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the quality of your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
